Our London office based IT team are looking for support with regular tasks including checking and maintaining staff IT equipment and responding to queries and issues. This role is perfect for someone who is looking for experience working in an office environment or someone who is thinking about a career in IT support.
You will check IT kits on desks and make sure they are neat and all devices on each desk are working as they should be. Updating IT records on Line manager and role detail changes. Checking meeting rooms are neat and all devices are present and working. Potentially the opportunity to move onto more complex tasks and learn and understand more about IT systems.
When: Ideally we're looking for a volunteer who can offer roughly a day a week, ideally during office hours, though exact hours and volunteer pattern is flexible.

We are looking for someone who has a keen interest in IT and familiar with Microsoft Products.
Have basic IT skills, including use of email (ideally Outlook).
