Ramadan Call Centre Volunteer - Islamic Relief UK

What You'll Do: 

Call Centre Volunteer (Remote – from the comfort of your home)

Be the first port of call for our donors by joining our Supporter Relations team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering calls to take donations and respond to queries during live TV appeals
  • General office administrative tasks
  • Ensuring all calls are correctly dealt with and logged
  • When required, informing callers of Islamic Relief’s history, vision and programmes
What We're Looking For: 

You'll need to be available for training & induction:

Wednesday 19th February, 6:30pm

Saturday 22nd February, 11:00am

 

The Live Appeals dates are:

Monday 24th February

Thursday 6th March

Sunday 16th March

Wednesday 26th March
