About Children with Voices

Children with Voices is a Hackney-based charity dedicated to empowering children and families through educational programs, sustainable initiatives, and community-driven support. We are committed to creating a lasting, positive impact on the lives of those we serve.

 

The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Volunteer Recruitment Specialist to join our team remotely. Your role will be vital in attracting, selecting, and onboarding passionate volunteers to support our impactful programs for children and families.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Strategy: Design and implement creative strategies to attract a diverse pool of volunteers using social media, outreach, and job boards.
  • Screening & Matching: Review applications, interview candidates, and match their skills and interests to appropriate roles.
  • Onboarding & Support: Coordinate training and orientation for new volunteers while providing ongoing support and feedback.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records of applications, assignments, and volunteer engagement metrics.
  • Collaboration: Work with program managers to understand volunteer needs and improve retention.
