Basketball Coach

What You'll Do: 

We are looking for a driven coach to help us run our basketball club for primary school students in Westminster and/or Southwark, London.

 

This is an exciting opportunity to help organise and run our primary school team once a week during the school term.

We will pay you £15 per session, which can last 1 -1.5 hours, as well as covering the costs of your enhanced DBS check which can be used in any other/future child-force related positions.

Your help will shape the future of the children you work with. With your help, our passionate team will be able to continue to provide educational support to children in the UK.

 

This application is urgent and we are looking for the right coach to start as soon as possible. If you don't possess all the skills required but feel you are a strong candidate and confident of your experience and ability to make a success of the role please do apply

What We're Looking For: 

We are now looking for enthusiastic coaches to help us run the club for our Year 3-6 primary school students. You don’t need experience of working with children to apply, but you will need to be:

  • Free to coach once a week in either Westminster or Southwark
  • Happy to run the basketball team and coach the children
  • Understanding of- and empathetic towards the needs of the children
  • Willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check (organised and paid for by Heritage Charity London which you will get your own copy of).
  • Passionate about youth basketball development
