Solar PV site research - Help us find our next "Powering up" project!

What You'll Do:

Want to learn more about community energy, rooftop solar PV, and how to identify candidate community energy projects? This might be the activity for you!

We're looking for volunteers to help assess sites across the Harborough district for solar feasibility.

Why You'll Love It:

It's the chance to make a real difference, and we'll support you every step of the way!

What You'll Learn:

You'll learn how a community energy project gets off the ground, and most importantly, you'll be making a difference to communities and the planet

What We're Looking For:

No prior experience needed, training provided, and this is a remote role.

You'll be conducting research online through, investigating buildings using a number of tools: Google Earth, Open Solar, Solar Wizard, and our LAEP (Local Area Energy Plan). Be part of finding our first community energy project!
