Children and Family Activity Support at Events

What You'll Do: 

Our Activity Support Volunteers support tutors and facilitators with the smooth running of the children and family activities.  You will be allocated a task to supervise, support, but most importantly have fun during one off events at St. Luke’s.

What We're Looking For: 

Outline of Volunteering Duties 

 

  1. To help with preparing and setting up of the activity spaces.   

 

  1. To assist with welcoming attendees and supervision. 

 

  1. To take the register.  

 

  1. To support the tutor/facilitator with the art/craft/session/games/food and drinks serving     

 

  1. To ensure the areas are clean, safe and tidy during and at the end of activities. 

 

  1. To raise any concerns with staff and to act in accordance with the Volunteer Handbook and the Organisation’s Code of Conduct. 

 

  1. To work effectively with St Luke’s staff and other volunteers to deliver a confidential service that is non-judgemental.
