Be Active is a programme where volunteers are matched one-to-one with a 60+ adult to support their rehabilitation exercises at home and in the community for up to 9 sessions.

Listening Volunteer, the Wren Project Commitment: 3 hours per fortnight This role is unpaid and hours can be taken flexibly across the week. Listening volunteers support remotely, with sessions held over MS Teams.
