On the first few days, you can expect to be welcomed by our paid staff with a series of introductory tasks. Through these tasks you will get to know the team and artists, alongside learning the basics of your role. We will not only provide you with adequate training but will also ensure that you obtain the role that you desire within the station. None of our volunteers are let behind, as we intend to make our working environment the most accepting, motivating, and fun possible.
Who you will be working with will change from day to day, based on the rotation of volunteers and paid staff at the station. This means that you will meet a range of like-minded individuals, and that you will be supervised and helped at all times.
