ABOUT US:

Launched in 2011, Cyber Champions is a not-for-profit, community giveback initiative which delivers free, in person, digital literacy and cyber skills workshops to primary and secondary school children, parents and local community groups across the UK. The initiative mobilises young professional volunteers, from local universities and industry, to deliver the interactive one-hour workshops and act as great role models for the children.

WHY OUR WORK MATTERS:

Despite our interactions with the digital world being ingrained into everyday life, cyber safety messages are not a routine part of school curriculums, so it is vital that school pupils are upskilled on these key messages to remain safe online. Likewise, it is important that other community groups can feel included in the digital revolution and are empowered and confident when navigating the online world.
