We take a holistic approach to our care, which means that we look after the wellbeing of the whole person, as well as their loved ones.
We provide palliative care in the Hospice and in the community as we believe that people should choose where they receive their care. It's why our work matters to us.
Our Opportunities
Mainly support the reception team with establishing a friendly helpful & effective welcome to patients/visitors to St Joseph’s Hospice (STJH), whilst also providing a general guiding and way finding service. Role also includes with general admin task
Compassionate Neighbours is a social movement, founded by St Joseph’s Hospice in 2014, to help reduce loneliness and social isolation. CN are trained volunteers offering friendship & a listening ear.
