We are a charity providing a range of services to homeless and vulnerable people within London. We provide much more than just a roof - we are place of positive change and growth, enabling people to move on and lead independent lives.
ABOUT US:
Homelessness in London can take many forms, and the causes are different for everyone. We deliver personal support built around each person’s unique strengths, aspirations and goals. By doing so, we help them move away from homelessness and into independence, for good.
- We provide supported accommodation for people who need somewhere to live.
- We offer a health and wellbeing service to meet the mental and physical health needs of those staying with us.
- We deliver a communities programme that provides connection, training and skills-building to equip people for independent living.
- We work with young parents and children at risk of exclusion to build the skills and resilience that can help prevent homelessness before it starts.
