Office Champion

What You'll Do: 

Growing Hope National are searching for someone able to work Thursday mornings/afternoons once a week to support with our office processes.

This can include:

database management
therapeutic/training resource creation
contacting supporters/clients
Travel is covered within London. Induction and training will be provided.

Duties
Duties can include:

adding in data to our salesforce systems post events.
ensuring all data in salesforce follows a preexisting template
supporting to keep on top of inventory.
contacting supporters/clients together with the ops team.
creation of training resources such as visual timetables, social stories etc.
Additionally, volunteers can support on our training courses if they choose to which includes:

hospitality
printing/collating resources
