Why You'll Love It:

Walk the Walk began 27 years ago when just 13 Inspirational Women Power Walked the New York City Marathon in their bras to raise money and awareness for breast cancer. Since then, the camaraderie of Walkers and Volunteers that unite with us, has helped us raise more than £143 million for breast and other cancers!

To successfully organise and run our amazing events, such as the MoonWalk London and MoonWalk Scotland, we attract hundreds of Volunteers across a multitude of roles!

"The heart of a volunteer is not measured in size, but by the depth of the commitment to make a difference in the lives of others."

Here at Walk The Walk, we couldn’t agree more! Our events would not be able to go ahead without the dedication and support of our fantastic Volunteers who join the Walk the Walk family for many different reasons… But what is certain is that we are so grateful for each one of them.

Volunteering your time and support can offer a whole host of benefits to your mental health too. Check out one of our blogs, which lists just some of the amazing reasons to get involved and start Volunteering!
