Website and Digital Specialist for Children with Voices Charity (One-Time Project)

What You'll Do: 

Location: Remote (with potential collaboration via online meetings) 

Duration: One-Time Project

 

This role focuses on enhancing our online presence by updating content, creating mission-aligned new pages, and integrating digital tools to support our organizational efficiency. The selected candidate will work closely with our CEO to ensure the website effectively communicates our initiatives while contributing to the organization’s broader goals of leveraging digital transformation to optimize operations and impact.

 

Project Scope

Content Updates:

Update website content to reflect our current initiatives and ensure all information is accurate and engaging.

Collaborate with internal teams to gather and present information effectively on the website, incorporating digital tools to streamline workflows.

 

New Page Creation:

Develop new pages for specific upcoming initiatives in collaboration with the CEO.

Integrate engaging visuals, multimedia elements, and features that enhance user experience while aligning with the organization’s digital transformation goals.

 

Digital Tools and Process Enhancement:

Recommend and implement digital tools that improve website management and enhance operational processes.

Use knowledge of digital transformation strategies to align website updates and new features with the organization’s overall goals for efficiency and growth.

Timeline and Deliverables:

Complete the project within the agreed timeframe [to be specified during onboarding].

Provide regular updates on progress and milestones.

Deliver updated content and fully functional new pages ready for deployment.
