Volunteer Sports Coach

What You'll Do:

As a sports coach, your duties will include:

- Planning and leading sports activities and training sessions.

- Encouraging participation and fostering a love for sports among children and young people.

- Ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants during activities.

- Communicating with volunteers, parents, and stakeholders to coordinate schedules and responsibilities.

- Providing mentorship and support to young athletes, helping them develop skills and confidence.

- Assisting with the recruitment and training of volunteer assistants as needed.

- Collaborating with team members to ensure programs are delivered effectively and meet the needs of the community.

Why You'll Love It:

As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including:

- Travel Expenses Paid: We understand that getting to and from our activities can sometimes be a challenge, which is why we offer reimbursement for travel expenses. Whether you're driving, taking public transportation, or biking to our site, we'll make sure you're compensated for your time and effort.

- Opportunities for Personal Growth: We believe in investing in our volunteers and helping them grow both personally and professionally. That's why we offer opportunities for ongoing training and development, helping you enhance your coaching skills and become an even more effective sports coach.

If you're organised, enthusiastic, and ready to make a positive impact in your community, then we want you on our team! Join us at Children with Voices and help us inspire and empower young people through the power of sports.

What We're Looking For:

While previous coaching experience would be helpful, it's not essential. What matters most is your enthusiasm, strong organisational skills, and commitment to our mission of empowering young people through sports and physical activity.
