As an events coordinator, your duties will include:
- Assisting with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of events and activities.
- Coordinating logistics such as venue bookings, equipment, and materials.
- Communicating with volunteers, partners, and stakeholders to coordinate schedules and responsibilities.
- Providing administrative support, including data entry, filing, and preparing documents.
- Assisting with volunteer recruitment, training, and supervision as needed.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure events are delivered on time and within budget.
While previous coordination experience would be helpful, it's not essential. What matters most is your willingness to learn, strong organisational skills, and commitment to our mission of empowering young people and families in need.
