GPU Festival Volunteer

What You'll Do:

Welcome and Engage Visitors

  • Create a Positive First Impression:
You will be the first point of contact for festival attendees visiting our stall. Greet each visitor with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor, making them feel welcome and encouraged to explore what the Teebah Foundation has to offer.
  • Engage and Inform:
Engage visitors by initiating conversations and sparking their interest in our mission. Share stories, successes, and experiences that highlight the impact of our work. Your passion and enthusiasm will inspire others to learn more and get involved.

2. Educate and Inform

  • Provide Comprehensive Information:
As a volunteer, you will be equipped with detailed knowledge about the Teebah Foundation's mission, ongoing projects, and future initiatives. Use this information to educate visitors about our work and how it positively impacts communities.
  • Answer Questions:
Be prepared to answer questions from attendees with clarity and confidence. Whether they want to know more about our projects, how they can contribute, or our future goals, you will be their go-to source for accurate information.

3. Distribute Materials and Promote Initiatives

  • Hand Out Brochures and Flyers:
Distribute informative materials that visitors can take home with them. These materials will provide more detailed information about our foundation and encourage further engagement.

4. Assist with Fundraising Efforts

  • Encourage Donations:
Explain the impact of donations and how they help further our mission. Encourage visitors to contribute by making a donation or by purchasing merchandise that supports our cause.

5. Facilitate Interactive Activities

  • Collect Feedback:
Gather feedback from participants and visitors about their experience at our stall. This valuable input will help us improve our efforts in future events.
