Working in our Earl’s Court Office or on the Ealing Advice Telephone Lines, you will triage clients, during the Drop-in’s and on the phone, referring them to the relevant specialist teams or in some instances supporting clients who need more support in generalist advice, housing and welfare benefits.The role is an integral part of the service to assist the most vulnerable. The service is fast-paced and hugely in demand. You will be giving advice on social welfare law matters and progressing cases via the advice line; finding out and interpreting relevant information and exploring options and recording clear, accurate case records.
