Workshop Facilitator

What You'll Do:

We’re looking for 18-25 year olds passionate about working with young people to join our team!

By becoming part of our team, you’ll facilitate workshops on social justice and inclusion with school children across the UK. You’ll be able to work flexible hours on a project-by-project basis with us and will receive full facilitator training. If you're interested in social justice and looking for a creative job that will run alongside your university studies then make sure to apply by October 15th!

For more information, please see the ‘Join Our Team’ section on our website www.thecollectivefuturesproject.com and fill in the short google form.

Why You'll Love It:

You'll be working alongside a team of passionate young people and will be engaging with and inspiring school children across the UK. As a small start-up organisation, there are lots of opportunities for taking initiative and pushing forward your own ideas for the work we do. We offer social spaces for our team members to host their own webinars for each other on topics that interest them and we also publish blog articles on our website.

What You'll Learn:

You'll be trained as a workshop facilitator and will develop your public speaking, communication and engagement skills. You'll also have the opportunity to attend regular webinars that our team put on, expanding knowledge on areas around social justice work.

What We're Looking For:

Our ideal facilitators can think creatively about how to engage young people through facilitation and are able to create open and non-judgmental spaces for people to navigate difficult conversations. We particularly encourage anyone with a background in community leading, youth work or social justice advocacy to apply.
