You'll be working alongside a team of passionate young people and will be engaging with and inspiring school children across the UK. As a small start-up organisation, there are lots of opportunities for taking initiative and pushing forward your own ideas for the work we do. We offer social spaces for our team members to host their own webinars for each other on topics that interest them and we also publish blog articles on our website.
You'll be trained as a workshop facilitator and will develop your public speaking, communication and engagement skills. You'll also have the opportunity to attend regular webinars that our team put on, expanding knowledge on areas around social justice work.
Our ideal facilitators can think creatively about how to engage young people through facilitation and are able to create open and non-judgmental spaces for people to navigate difficult conversations. We particularly encourage anyone with a background in community leading, youth work or social justice advocacy to apply.
