We’re looking for a Digital Workshop Volunteer to help our online sessions run smoothly. You’ll support our team by letting participants into the Zoom call and taking attendance. You’ll also keep an eye on the chat and flag questions or comments to the presenter. This is a great chance to help families and gain experience in a supportive, digital environment.

As a Digital Workshop Volunteer, you'll gain practical experience supporting online learning and helping people build confidence with technology. You'll develop skills that are valued by employers, including:

This role is ideal for someone who is confident using Zoom or similar platforms, who enjoys helping things run efficiently. You’re friendly, reliable, and happy to manage waiting rooms and monitor chat messages. You don’t need to be a digital expert, just calm, organised, and ready to lend a hand.
Please note that we’re unable to provide devices for volunteers, so applicants will need access to their own computer or laptop.
