What You'll Do:
- Greeting visitors, providing a safe and friendly environment, and “checking in and chatting” with service users.
- Offering beverages to our visitors while maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and service areas.
- Provide emotional support, active listening, and mental health assistance to individuals in distress.
- Ensure the environment is safe, maintain accurate records and adhere to safeguarding, food hygiene and GDPR
