Volunteer Reception Support

What You'll Do: 
  • Welcoming all visitors to the hospice and providing direction to destination where required.
  • Answering the phone.
  • General admin duties such as sorting the post, answering emails.
  • Logging deliveries such as drink trollies and parcels and shop donations.
  • Ensuring the reception and hub area are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and are presentable at all times.
  • Conducting routine inspections of the car park and maintaining accurate records of vehicles using the facility. At least twice a shift.

  • One day core training with the Volunteers team and role specific training from the reception team.
