GCSE Maths Tutor to a Young Person with Serious Illness

What You'll Do: 
  1. Run tutoring sessions online to support a young person. 
  2. Offer subject area knowledge and expertise related to GCSE Maths
  3. Help to combat social isolation through fun and engaging tutoring sessions. 
  4. Adhere to safeguarding policies and report concerns to the BFUK Team

What We're Looking For: 
  1. Subject Knowledge: Strong understanding of GCSE Maths concepts and specifications
  2. Teaching Skills: Ability to explain complex ideas in a clear and engaging way.  
  3. Empathy and Patience: Kind and understanding nature, especially towards those facing health challenges.  
  4. Reliability: Consistent availability for the agreed-upon time commitment.  
  5. Adherence to safeguarding policies and report concerns to the BFUK Team

 

You must be a UK resident and be at least 18 years old.
