Engagement Volunteer (London)

What You'll Do: 
  • Visiting services to encourage service user engagement in our online groups programme
  • Support individuals who may struggle with technology by assisting with logging in and joining online sessions.
  • Make reminder calls to service users before sessions
  • Report any concerns or feedback to the team
