What You'll Do:
- Accompany an experienced outreach worker in taking the service to the street population in Lambeth.
- Engage and build rapport with the entrenched street substance users.
- Support service users into support and treatment centres.
- Refer service users to relevant internal services and external agencies.
- Making or receiving phone calls on shift.
- Assist with taking notes during the shift.
- Provide a professional and effective service to clients in line with Thames Reach policies and values

What We're Looking For:
- A friendly personality, good interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, and motivation.
- The physical ability to work on the streets as there can be a lot of walking involved.
- Ability to listen and be empathetic to build rapport with clients.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Motivation to support disadvantaged and vulnerable people.
- Awareness and understanding of the need for professional boundaries and confidentiality.
