IT Drop in Assistant

What You'll Do: 

 

  • Assist the staff member to set up the room & ensure it is tidy & break it down at the end of the session, securing the laptops.
  • Ensure all IT room rules are followed – e.g. No eating & drinking
  • Give out headphones / supplies needed
  • Assist clients with getting online/ setting up email accounts etc.
  • Promote training courses

  • Someone with good communication skills & patience 
  • Good level of IT skills and be able to show someone basic skills or help tidy up a CV
