What You'll Do:
- Offer a warm welcome to visitors, providing information and directions around the building.
- Assist with setting up and packing away for adult classes, including setting up chairs, tables, and equipment.
- Take registers for classes and help new participants to register.
- Share information about Grand Junction’s events and activities with visitors.
- Support visitors in completing feedback surveys.
- Help to maintain accurate records of class participants and visitor numbers.
- Help update the ‘What’s On’ noticeboards.
- Keep leaflets stocked and well-displayed for the public.
