Description

We are developing and growing our team of volunteers. As part of this growth we are looking for enthusiastic people with good communication skills to support our Front of House team.

As a Front of House Assistant volunteer, you will act as first point of contact for visitors to our Head Office in City Road. You will work alongside our experienced Receptionist. Spend your time welcoming visitors, issuing visitor’s badges, keeping the reception area presentable and well stocked with leaflets and information, whilst offering invaluable first class support to our passionate, committed team.

By providing a high standard of Front of House support, you will help to improve the delivery of our services to people affected by autism and help us offer more support to those people contacting us.

Training will be provided by the organisation for this position:

- One-day training session
- Induction
- Access to NAS E-Learning
- Autism Awareness Training
- Training on any specific tasks you are required to carry out
