Description

Are you passionate about helping and would want to make a difference in the lives of Stroke Survivors? If so, you might be the person we are looking for.

Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust are looking for volunteers to support our Stroke Navigator and communication support lead to deliver our innovative stroke support services in Barnet. The role offers the opportunity to develop stroke navigation and communication group skills working along side other colleagues in the Barnet Stroke Support services and clinicians in the Early Stroke Discharge Services, providing community rehabilitation services to stroke survivors and their carers in the London borough of Barnet.





This opportunity will assist you in gaining the following skills:

Training will be provided by the organisation for this position:

Stroke Awareness Training
Communication Competencies
Can support leads with planning and organising groups and engagement activities.
