BECOME A CAREER COACH
Future Frontiers is an award-winning social enterprise that provides face-to-face career coaching for pupils from low-income backgrounds. Coaches are paired with two pupils aged 12-18, guiding them to discover a career that inspires them, and to achieve their full potential.

After completing our training, you will join a cohort of coaches to deliver an interactive programme that taps into your pupils’ personal aspirations. Our structured programme activities allow you to form a meaningful partnership with your pupils, allowing them to see the relevance of their education and feel more motivated at school.

BUILD YOUR FUTURE:
-Direct coaching and mentoring experience
-Develop key employability skills such as leadership, communication and problem -solving

CHANGE THEIR LIVES:
-A matching process that pairs you with pupils who will benefit most from your experiences
-Have a transformational effect on the success of your pupils’ education

YOUR COACHING OPTIONS:
Intensive programme:
Over 8 sessions across one school term, you will work with 2 pupils for one hour per week. The intensive programme is available throughout the academic year.

Enhanced programme:
Over 16 sessions across two school terms, you will work two groups of pupils. The enhanced programme begins in October only, and increases the long term effects of your support. Coaches are given the opportunity to attend aspiration raising events at their school.
