OPPORTUNITY OF THE MONTH
MyGuide with Guide Dogs for the Blind
My Guide volunteers spend 2 or more hours per week with someone who is blind or partially sighted for a period of 3 to 6 months to help them get out and about in their local community with more confidence.
You will help your partner get and about and do the things that others take for granted. This might be regular trips to the shops, a coffee house, social club or even the local bingo.
